BANANA NUT SMOOTHIE AND ICE POP

Rowan has a bit of a runny nose, so I was trying to think of something yummy/healthy for him to have this morning that would make him feel good. I froze half of the smoothie in this popsicle mold that I heard about here for a snack later.

Banana Nut Smoothie and Ice Pop

3/4 cup whole milk or any milk you like, coconut or almond milk works really well.
1 banana
1/4 cup raw almonds
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar (optional or add amount you like according to your taste)
2 dates
1/4 cup ice

Put all of the ingredients in a blender a mix until smooth.

This looks great. I don't see bananas in the ingredients. How many should I use?

Thanks for noticing! I will add to the recipe. It is one banana.

Flashback to a fun craft that my son loved when we were reading “Go Dog Go”, by Dr. Seuss. He was so into race cars, and this book was so cute. I loved it too. I miss those days! We made little cars out of toilet roll and I made some cute decals to give them that extra race car look.
This Sun + Rainbows Blocks free printable was inspired by spring. The out of the ordinary rain we have been getting has been resulting in some epic rainbow sightings. On the morning school drive, we saw one floating over the highway which made the epic California traffic seem almost pretty.
