VANILLA BLUEBERRY YOGURT POPS

We got a ton of delicious blueberries in this week’s CSA. These came out great since the blueberries were super fresh and naturally sweet. This recipe should make about 4 pops, but I wouldn’t know since Rowan kept demanding to eat the yogurt mixture before I could freeze them. They came out super tasty and perfect for this warm summer day.

Vanilla Blueberry Yogurt Pops

Yogurt
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon agave (adjust to your taste)

Blueberry mixture
1/2 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon agave nectar (adjust to your taste

Mix yogurt, agave nectar and vanilla in a small bowl and set aside. In a blender or food processor pulverize blueberries and agave nectar until smooth with some chunks left. Layer the yogurt and blueberry mix into your molds. Using a knife swirl the blueberry mixture into the yogurt. Freeze for 4 hours.

That sounds doable! Thanks for the recipe. And with yoghurt it's even healthy!

Great photos – they are almost good enough for us to go and make them – as in no recipe needed! Very cool.

Oh those look so good to make right now. We're sweating bullets here! I wish we had access to blueberries. It's rare to find some here. And when you do find one, they would be around $15-$20 for a small pack!

    Love,
