Let’s face it, we don’t always have time to make healthy delicious treats from scratch. It can be time consuming and stressful to add one more thing to the extra long list of things to do. I get it.
This weekend, I bought this box mix for organic banana bread and made muffins. They were so delicious. I am not on a gluten-free diet, but liked that these muffins were organic and the ingredient list was pretty minimal. Plus, the sugar content was not sky high. I added walnuts and dark chocolate chips to the mixture which made them extra yummy.
