There is something so satisfying to me about making ice cream. It is so rich and delicious plus I find the whole process fun. When the first hint of spring hits, I drag out the Cuisinart and get going.
I made David Lebovitz’s recipe, and it was devine. The 5 egg yolks make it super rich and decadent. Next, I am going to try this yummy recipe using coconut milk and strawberries. This time, Rowan and I polished off the quart in record time. So fattening and so worth it.
