SPICED TAMARI PUMPKIN SEEDS

This is a super quick delicious snack that is Rowan’s latest favorite. You can adjust the amount of chili powder based on how spicy you want it. The chili powder adds nice flavor without too much heat. Warning, these are addictive!

Spiced Tamari Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
2 1/2 teaspoons low sodium tamari (soy) sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

In a medium sized bowl mix pumpkin seeds, tamari sauce and chili powder. Stir until seeds are well coated. Spread mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet, so they form an even layer.

Let roast in the oven for 5 minutes.
