Itsy Bitsy Spider Gift Wrap

The only time I really purchase wrapping paper is at Christmas when I am wrapping Rowan’s presents. I would like to say it is because I am so crafty that I insist on doing all things handmade. BUT, the real answer is usually a combination of  I forgot with a touch of I am lazy and don’t feel like driving to Target for gift wrap. I regularly wrap gifts with little brown paper bags or left over tissue paper. This time, I had to wrap a little gift for a friend who is having a baby. I made this gift wrap using  type I designed for a poster. For a last minute solution, I think it came out pretty darn good. I have made it into a printable for you to download.

When I was challenged with my own feelings while parenting, I started creating activities that could help kids and parents open up about their emotions. It was so therapeutic and helpful, so I put my feelings activities together into a book. I created the book that I wanted for my own parenting, and I am so thrilled to share it with you.
Vanilla Blueberry Yogurt Pops. I made this recipe this week after posting it in my newsletter and it was so fresh and yummy, so sharing it here! I used to make these yogurt pops all of the time for my son and he would eat them for breakfast. If blueberries are not in season use frozen wild blueberries or whatever frozen fruit you like. They are really easy to make and you can even add some oats if you want to make them even more nutritious for breakfast.
Try Flower Breathing 🌸 In my last reel, I showed how to make these cardboard Lavender scented flowers. The "pistol" is scented with lavender oil which is a very calming and make it fun. The act of breathing in and out, calms the nervous system and get kids introduced to breath work. Flip through the images and use it as a guide plus one of the images is instructions that you can screen shot. 🌸
